A 100% deposit is required to secure your booking.

Unfortunately if you arrive late your appointment cannot be extended, and you will still be charged the full amount.

This deposit is non-refundable, however:

• Cancellations made 48 hours before your appointment can be rescheduled using the same deposit.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows will result in the full amount being charged.

• Your understanding helps us provide the best experience and manage our time for all valued clients.

• For any promotion or special priced bookings, we require full payment in advance.

• Deposits are non refundable however may be used to reschedule in certain circumstances
